Digital twin of customer flows: from entry control to atmosphere management and zone profitability

The SunPeak system integrates laser flow scanning, radar detection, and environmental monitoring into a single network. While SP Count separates inbound and outbound traffic with surgical precision, the SP Exist radar sensor analyzes hot zones and queues, operating in total darkness and ensuring full privacy (GDPR) compliance. Completing the picture is the SP Delight light logger, which monitors lighting quality in galleries and storefronts in real-time, ensuring your mall always looks its best for shoppers.

There is no need to drill into walls or pull kilometers of cabling to every entrance and fixture. All sensors are fully autonomous and transmit data via the long-range LoRaWAN protocol. This allows you to deploy a comprehensive analytics and environmental control system in an active shopping center overnight, without disturbing tenants or altering the interior design.

In SunPeak SmartCloud, data is transformed into levers for shopping center profitability. You receive interactive heatmaps of foot traffic, allowing you to justify rental rates and offer retailers spaces with verified traffic. By correlating attendance data with your marketing calendar, you can see exactly which promotion brought in customers and which merely drained the budget. The system provides a transparent picture of the efficiency of every square meter.

Integrating lighting data allows for a radical optimization of electricity costs. By knowing real zone occupancy and natural light levels, you can automate lighting scenarios: dimming lights in empty galleries or promptly identifying burnt-out lamps in storefronts. This evolves the system from an analytical tool into a direct instrument for lowering OPEX, optimizing cleaning, security, and technical services based on actual load.
