Which devices can be connected to the system?
The platform is natively integrated with the SunPeak hardware line: SP Uni universal loggers, SP Leak sensors, SP Light luminosity sensors, and SP Act actuators for remote control. Additionally, it supports any third-party LoRaWAN-compatible devices.
How is connectivity maintained in areas with poor coverage?
SmartCloud leverages the global Helium Network for expansive coverage. For transit or remote areas, our devices (like the SP Uni) function as autonomous loggers; they store data in internal memory and automatically upload the full historical graph once they re-enter a network zone.
Can I restrict data access for different employees?
Yes. The platform features advanced Governance tools, allowing you to manage workspaces, roles, and permissions. You can designate administrators with full oversight and operators with restricted "view-only" access to specific objects or regions.
How does the system help monitor staff performance?
SmartCloud includes a built-in Audit & Accountability module. Managers can track not just the device alerts, but the human response to them: who acknowledged the alert, at what time, and whether the issue was resolved, ensuring high operational standards.
Is this solution suitable for Cold Chain Control?
Absolutely. By using the SP Uni with SP V-sens ultrasonic or temperature probes, you can monitor supermarket refrigerators or pharmaceutical containers in real-time. The system generates precise trend reports and sends instant "incident-grade" notifications if thresholds are breached.
How difficult is it to set up automation, such as street lighting?
It is designed for "closed-loop automation". For example, an SP Light sensor detects dusk, triggering an SP Act actuator to turn on the lights automatically. These scenarios are easily configured through your custom dashboard without complex programming.
